Jeff Grant comes from three generations of retail designers. His father and grandfather were in the retail design and display business and the family’s history in Retail Store Planning dates back to 1925. Jeff has been actively involved in designing, equipping, and building retail projects since 1978.

Grant Retail Design has designed projects with many high profile retailers including Disney, Universal Studios, RMS Titanic, the United States Olympic Committee, and with numerous professional sports teams including the Yankees, Heat, Wild, and Bears.

Jeff’s specialty is helping both large and small independent retailers of all types maximize their investment when planning and building their stores.

Jeff is the author of “Store Planning 3.0” and is often a lecturer at retail trade shows. He lives in San Diego, California, travels extensively and works with merchants daily designing stores, providing retail fixtures and displays and dispensing advice, ideas, and suggestions.

GRD was formed in 1990 to serve as a shopfitting service in the traditional European format. We define our role by:
1. Designing retail stores and displays..
2. Supplying retail displays and fixtures.
3. Consulting with clients on retail planning issues including budgets, timing and more.
